South Africa, August 2023 – BlckRhino (United Kingdom), a global leading innovator in Cybersecurity, is pleased to announce an equity partnership with The Fuller Life, a 100%-black woman-owned firm specialising in communication and internal operational development. In terms of this transaction, The Fuller Life has acquired 100% of BlckRhino’s South African distribution business and will take on responsibility for BlckRhino’s global marketing and communication strategy.

This collaborative effort marks a milestone in the pursuit of operational excellence for the BlckRhino group as it continues to scale and leverage its cybersecurity focused technologies and expertise. BlckRhino South Africa, provides cyber solutions such as Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Managed Monitoring, Detection, and Rapid Response (MDR) to a growing client base covering a range of customers from blue chip companies to SMME’s requiring end-to-end cyber security solutions. The company is a reseller of specifically selected cybersecurity solutions and includes BlckRhino HORN, a bespoke monitoring and rapid response technology developed and owned by BlckRhino United Kingdom.

The Fuller Life, a business founded and led by Ani Fuller and Wanita Isaacs supports organisations in process of rapid scaling through the development and management of communication and internal processes, aligning these against the unique goals and needs of the organisations they help. Having worked alongside a number of local and international companies, The Fuller Life will bring its expertise to strengthen the company in its growth phase as it transitions to cater for its developing pipeline and technology stack.

Ani has over 8 years experience in guiding company culture development, and taking responsibility for the implementation of internal processes and systems as well as the development and growth of their people, specifically at start-ups. Wanita trained and practised as a doctor, before moving into business analysis. She has more than 12 years experience in institutional business analysis, product development and behavioural science.
